Epson America, Inc. has unveiled its latest Supertank line of cartridge-free EcoTank® printers, introducing three new Expression® EcoTank home models and two WorkForce® EcoTank printers tailored for the small to medium business market. Additionally, Epson has expanded its EcoTank portfolio with two new Expression Premium printers, featuring a five-color ink system for enhanced photo and document print quality. All seven models boast a redesigned industrial look, with front-positioned integrated ink tanks that simplify the user experience and offer cartridge-free printing. The new auto-stop ink bottles, uniquely keyed for each color, prevent misfiling and stop automatically when the tank is full. Each EcoTank printer includes up to two years’ worth of ink in the box, equivalent to approximately 30 ink cartridge sets.

Revolutionizing the printing experience, Supertank Printers were first introduced by Epson two years ago. Based on customer feedback, Epson has improved the hardware design and added features such as uniquely keyed auto-stop ink bottles and the option for borderless printing to the new EcoTank printers.

One of the standout features of EcoTank printers, in my opinion, is their ability to print thousands of pages of documents or photos before needing an ink refill. This is a significant advantage, especially considering the hassle and expense of frequently replacing ink cartridges. With low-cost replacement ink bottles offering savings of up to 80 percent, the more you print, the more you save – a win-win situation.
