Fabulous Restaurants in Palm Beach County Florida
We experienced some amazing restaurants during our visit to Palm Beach County Florida. Keep reading to find out all the details so you can consider booking a reservation the next time you are in the area!
3800 Ocean
3800 Ocean within the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island offers an unforgettable oceanfront Palm Beach dining experience. One of the premier restaurants near Palm Beach Gardens, they serve the collective memories and cultures of a team of chefs who hail from regions rich in culinary tradition. Customers have the option of dining indoors or outdoors with a perfect view of the ocean either way. The local abundance of fresh produce and seafood in Florida allows them to take the collective kitchen dining concept quite literally. Everything is made from scratch. For lunch, I had the Ruby Port Glazed Salmon with grapefruit, shaved fennel, arugula salad, and celery root puree. It was incredible, but the desserts were the pièce de résistance! One of the desserts the pastry chef, Brittani Szczecina, made us looked and tasted similar to a Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Bar! Yum!

CRAFT BAR KITCHEN, LOCATED IN JUPITER, FL.
Craft Bar Kitchen is a restaurant and cocktail bar that uniquely melds the craft of food, drinks, and live entertainment to an artistic level. From eclectic shared plates, Asian hot pots, and delectable dumplings to a growing list of over 30 craft beers and a wide selection of hand-crafted cocktails. Craft Bar Kitchen is dedicated to providing guests fine dining experiences in a casual atmosphere. Many vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. The staff was phenomenal and the food was delicious. I had the Housin Glazed Salmon, Wild Mushroom, Quinoa, and Crispy Kale. I wish we could have gone back for another meal as I enjoyed it so much!
GUANABANAS ISLAND RESTAURANT AND BAR, LOCATED IN JUPITER, FL.
Guanabanas is a 100 percent open-air restaurant and bar with woven Tiki Huts and towering banyan trees. It is a local favorite as well as a tourist spot. The island atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. My friends that live in West Palm Beach told me about this place and that they regularly pull their boat up to the dock and stop in for a meal. All of the seafood served at Guanabanas is from the state of Florida. The restaurant was one of the first “Fresh from Florida” campaign participants. So, you can definitely expect fresh seafood here at all times. I decided on the Shrimp and Grits – Florida style. It was very tasty and the collard greens gave the dish a unique flavor.
CITY CELLAR WINE BAR AND GRILL, LOCATED IN WEST PALM BEACH, FL.
City Cellar Wine Bar and Grill is a landmark dining experience located in the heart of CityPlace, the premier shopping and entertainment district in the City of West Palm Beach. Throughout the restaurant’s 17 year history, this upscale restaurant has captured a loyal following of locals and travelers with its inspired menu, vibrant happy hours, and farm-to-table kitchen. New this summer, Gradon Thibeault, a fromagier/sommelier with expertise in creating exquisite cheese and charcuterie boards with perfectly paired wine flights joined the restaurant. We enjoyed appetizers as well as the cheese and charcuterie boards and had a delightful evening.
GARY RACK’S FARMHOUSE KITCHEN LOCATED IN DELRAY BEACH, FL.
Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen has a menu designed for clean eating. The menu is set to empower taste buds while fueling our bodies with seasonal, sustainable, locally sourced ingredients. The menu selections are healthy and delicious and won’t make you feel guilty during your spa trip to The Palm Beaches. We had lunch here and enjoyed the food and atmosphere immensely. I highly recommend stopping by for a bite while you are in town.
THE COOPER
The Cooper is a farm-to-table restaurant specializing in the finest foods and beverages sourced whenever possible from local farms, food artisans, small-batch distillers, and craft brewers. Founded by noted restaurateur Richard Rosenthal, The Cooper provides a warm, upscale dining experience, mixing sustainable seasonal dishes with an innovative take on classic American cuisine. The food is incredible and the service was outstanding. When you make your reservation, make sure and ask for Tim for your server as he is extremely knowledgeable as well as delightful.
THE MANOR RESTAURANT AT THE HILTON WEST PALM BEACH
We had a lovely weekend brunch at Hilton’s West Palm Beach restaurant, The Manor, the hotel’s contemporary American Restaurant, serves Contemporary American cuisine with a twist. I had the Guacamole Toast with Smoked Salmon and it was delicious! I look forward to a return trip to this hotel so that I can stay and get the full experience of what this luxurious hotel has to offer. The décor is outstanding and the pool seems to be the place to be on the weekends with a DJ and tons of fabulous people dressed in their hottest swimwear.
VISIT PALM BEACH SUNSET SAILING CRUISE
To get the full West Palm Beach experience, I highly recommend booking an evening boat ride. I really enjoyed our ride on the Hakuna Matata Catamaran. It is a great way to see the skyline of Downtown West Palm Beach, the magnificent palatial mansions and all of the mega-yachts of Palm Beach Island.

About Discover The Palm Beaches Florida
The Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council (TDC) was established by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners in 1981. In 1982, Palm Beach County enacted its first tourist tax and created a Tourist Development Plan for spending the revenues generated by the tax. The tourist tax, commonly known as the “bed tax,” is levied on lodging room nights in the County for a term of six months or less.
Discover Palm Beach County, the original name of what is now known as Discover The Palm Beaches, was formed in 1983 as a nonprofit entity. DTPB operates under a contract with Palm Beach County to provide tourism marketing services under the County’s Tourist Development Plan and receives funding from a portion of the “bed tax” collected in the County. DTPB’s Board of Directors provides supervision over DTPB affairs.
Discover The Palm Beaches is only one of the non-profit tourism organizations acting under contract to the County. The Tourist Development Council whose responsibility is contract oversight of the agencies funded by the “bed tax,” also acts as a liaison between the agencies and the Board of County Commissioners. The other agencies under the umbrella of the TDC are the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, and the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.
