Piedmont Park Arts Festival in Atlanta is coming and all art lovers are invited! Festival enthusiasts are invited to spend a little time outdoors this August at the Piedmont Park Arts Festival on Saturday, August 18, and Sunday, August 19, 2018. The outdoor Arts Festival will feature activities that the whole family can enjoy — an expansive artist market, a children’s area, live music, festival foods and so much more.
The event is free to the public and is open to all ages. Best of all – four-legged friends are welcome to join in on the fun! Just make sure to have them on a leash and to pick up after them so everyone can freely enjoy the park and all of the activities.

This will be the ninth annual Piedmont Park Arts Festival and the event will once again be held in Piedmont Park, one of the most respected and beautiful public parks in the City of Atlanta. This year’s two-day event will feature 250 artists, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalwork artisans, glass blowers, jewelers, and crafters. Festival-goers are also invited to enjoy artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, an expansive artist market, a children's play area, festival foods, and beverages, games, and much more.

The Piedmont Park Arts Festival is a product of the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC. The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces was established in 2005 to support the arts community by operating arts and crafts events and festivals in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. AFFPS was formed to create a way of integrating and encouraging both social interactions and the opportunity for individuals and businesses to obtain cross-exposure in marketplaces that they may normally not have. Our festivals, events, and markets enjoy diverse social and economic participants. All events are professionally managed and maintained to create a “destination” in which both public and private opportunities for economic growth can be explored.
