Five Reasons to Stay at the SO Sofitel in Bangkok, Thailand
The SO Sofitel is a 30-story urban design hotel located just a few steps away from the trendy neighborhood of Silom, which is known for its nightlife and popular restaurants. The hotel overlooks Lumpini Park, Bangkok’s own version of New York’s Central Park.
SO Sofitel's design is a combination of French luxury and Thai culture inspired by Designer Christian Lacroix. SO Sofitel Bangkok offers themed accommodation inspired by the Five Elements; Water, Earth, Wood, Metal, and Fire.

2. The hotel's design.
The world-renowned French fashion designer Christian Lacroix's designs clothes that are glamorous, expensive-looking, and dramatic. The same passion and expertise as he designs his clothes was the same effort he put into designing the So Sofitel Bangkok. His uninhibited imagination emanates throughout the hotel, from the bold staff uniforms and the visionary installation in the lobby to his unmistakable design stamp at the enchanting Club Signature.

Review
Accommodations at So Sofitel Bangkok start at around $143. A little pricey for Bangkok as you can get great rooms in the city for under $100. However, you will not be just staying at the hotel – you will have an experience you won't forget. In addition to SoSPA, Chocolab, infinity pool, and fabulous rooms and decor, the hotel has a total of five restaurants and bars to choose from, workout facility, and event space perfect for weddings and meetings. I highly recommend this hotel.
