Flourish Foundation Peaches and Prohibition Speakeasy Fundraiser
The second annual Peaches & Prohibition Speakeasy, hosted by the Flourish Foundation, took place in Atlanta at the Edgewood Speakeasy. The Edgewood Speakeasy, nestled at the rear of the Bone Lick BBQ restaurant and Whiskey Joint, provided an ideal setting for the 20s-themed soirée, boasting creative cocktails, exposed brick walls, and atmospheric low lighting.
Attendees adorned themselves in glamorous flapper-style attire for the ladies and distinguished tweed suits paired with wingtip shoes for the gentlemen. The event featured handcrafted cocktails, delectable bites, and live jazz, creating an ambiance reminiscent of the roaring '20s. All proceeds from the event were directed toward supporting the Flourish Foundation, Inc.
The Flourish Foundation, Inc.
The Flourish Foundation, Inc. holds the belief that children endowed with high self-esteem are inclined to shoulder responsibility, take pride in their achievements, navigate frustration, respond aptly to peer pressure, and willingly tackle new tasks and challenges. Additionally, they exhibit the ability to manage both negative and positive emotions.
Regrettably, individuals lacking these attributes, compounded by social and economic challenges, frequently encounter setbacks. With a dedicated focus, the Flourish Foundation, Inc. is committed to creating programs that extend support to economically disadvantaged youth. These initiatives aim to offer valuable tools for personal development and provide assistance for academic achievement.
